You may have arrived here because…
Something feels unresolved
Even when life appears functional

The mind does not fully rest
Even in moments of quiet

The body carries a tension
that does not easily release

You sense there is more
but cannot access it

You are not alone in this.

You are welcome here.

Prana is a Nondual Healing teacher and author guiding people from symptoms back to the wholeness they never lost.

Nondual Healing is not a technique. It is an orientation and recognition of the awareness that underlies all experience, and toward the body as a field of living intelligence rather than a problem to be solved. Most healing traditions work on the person. Nondual Healing works with the ground of being itself.

From Symptoms to Self: Are you ready to move beyond just treating symptoms? True healing begins when we look past the feeling of being ‘broken’ and reconnect with the part of us that is already whole.

Many who come here have already tried:

  • therapies
  • treatments
  • techniques
  • effort

And yet something remains unresolved

Not because something is wrong

But because something deeper
has not yet been felt

Much of human suffering arises from a subtle fragmentation:

mind separated from body
emotions resisted or suppressed
life experienced as “me vs the world”

This division creates tension, fatigue, anxiety, and a sense of being stuck

You may feel:

  • persistent stress or anxiety
  • emotional exhaustion
  • chronic fatigue or insomnia
  • a sense of being stuck in patterns
  • disconnection despite outward success

Or simply:

a subtle sense that something essential is missing

Transformational Medicine is the integration of Nondual awareness with the living systems of Ayurveda, Daoist medicine, CranioSacral Work, and Inner Alchemy. It does not treat symptoms in isolation. It addresses the fragmentation — of mind from body, of self from awareness — that underlies most chronic suffering.

My specialties include emotional wellness, chronic illness, and longevity support. This includes treatment of chronic illness, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, depression, digestive disorders, autoimmune disorders, allergies, stress and lifestyle and diet related imbalances. If you suffer from fatigue and or pain or stress, give me a try, and you will be pleasantly surprised.

What often unfolds during our working together:

  • deep nervous system settling
  • release of long-held tension
  • emotional integration
  • clarity without effort
  • a felt sense of inner coherence

Healing here is not imposed
It emerges.

Dr. Prana, DAOM.
Nondual Healing Teacher. Author. Doctor of Oriental Medicine.

At the heart of all existence lies stillness—not a mere absence of noise or movement, but a vibrant, dynamic essence that pulses with life. Far from being empty, static, or a void of nothingness, stillness is the luminous, unending wholeness that connects all beings and all things. It is the quiet, ever-present ground where we can step beyond the chatter of the mind and the illusions of separation. By attuning with stillness, we access our true nature—a space of clarity and unity that serves as the starting point for realization wholeness. The wholeness guide us in mending wounds, fostering growth, and bringing us into harmony with our fullest potential. Healing, in this sense, is not about fixing something broken; it’s about remembering and embodying what has always been whole.

Acupuncture (Eastern Medicine) and Ayurveda (India) are traditional medicines of Asia. Both medicine are based on a view that all phenomenon are pulsating rhythm called of Shakti or PranaVayu or Laya or Vak in Vedic worldview, or Qi in Daoism and “Breath of Life” in CranioSacral work. When the rhythms of prana or qi is imbalanced and we find ourselves ungrounded, unfocused, stressed, overly emotional, “out of mind”, struggling to sleep or rest, in pain and dis-ease. We can harmonize our prana or Qi using acupuncture, diet, herbs, essential oils, bodywork therapies, meditation, and by attuning to primordial stillness in our core midline.
